The Fiesta R2 is now officially global. No longer the best kept secret in the US and Canada, the R2 has been driven to victory in major events in both countries in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

2013 promises to be an exciting as well. There could be as many as 6 R2’s of various stages running not only in the US and Canada, but in the 2013 WRC Rally Mexico as well.

The 170hp R2 is a proven 2WD Rally Car as Chris Duplessis, Wyatt Knox, Ed McNelly and WRC Academy’s Brendan Reeves drove to major victories after having very limited time in the car. North American Rally enthusiasts are witnessing first hand that the time, money and hard work that they have invested in their 2WD cars can now be invested wisely in the proven product of the R2.

Team O’Neil Motorsports is working diligently to build R2 cars for 2012. From the very affordable Stage 1 to the full R2 there are options in building the right car for the skill level of the Rally driver.
